In 2018, the ongoing development of River Valley, known for its multi-stage construction, progressed to its next phase: The Banks. To align with this release, we developed a fresh logo and revamped the brand's visual identity to reflect the elevated quality of the newly available land lots. The updated branding was implemented in various marketing materials, including a brochure and a comprehensive range of on-site collateral. This encompassed signage, wayfinding elements, and the design of the display suite. The purpose of these materials was to effectively communicate the numerous benefits of residing in this flourishing and rapidly expanding community.
